The website is the primary outlet for sales and is essential to MobileHelp’s success. The project showcased the programming expertise of the DigitalUs team because it is so heavily integrated with external technology.
After outgrowing its previous website, MobileHelp required an overhaul of its online presence that included:
With complex integration requirements, DigitalUs chose to leverage the robust enterprise content management system, Solodev CMS 8, to meet all project needs.
With a detailed and agreed upon precise project plan in place, DigitalUs immediately set to work on this tremendous undertaking which lasted more than three months and included custom application development, CMS deployment, content migration, CRM integration and API integration.
MobileHelp used an in-house designer and DigitalUs was able to quickly convert the 24 different page designs into separate page templates and begin the process of content migration. DigitalUs also used Solodev CMS 8 to build custom modules, called managers, for MobileHelp to keep the site fresh and engage users:
The highly visual and dynamic site includes a system carousel that showcases different products and the interactive risk assessment quiz helps site visitors make the appropriate product selection.
The site includes four separate custom contact forms. Some are integrated with MobileHelp’s CRM while others trigger workflow scenarios requiring follow up from MobileHelp. Testimonials from MobileHelp customers are input through front-end website form submissions and when approved by MobileHelp staff are immediately displayed on the site.
In partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), DigitalUs used the “All-in AWS” Solodev CMS platform, to create a rock-solid hosting infrastructure. Solodev CMS and the AWS Cloud provide MobileHelp with the security, scalability and server configuration required to rapidly scale as required.
DigitalUs went above and beyond the stated requirements to ensure a successful website deployment and it paid off. The integrated contact forms ensure a steady stream of leads for MobileHelp to target, while the custom shopping cart provides a seamless purchasing process for customers.
MobileHelp can keep site visitors informed with details of the latest happenings through the posting of press releases along with print and video news stories. The marketing team can rapidly deploy new site content in conjunction with marketing initiatives and easily make changes to the existing product line as upgrades are rolled out.
